We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases from our company. To maintain health standards and the integrity of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products.
All sales are Final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defective/wrong item requests must be made within 5 calendar days upon delivery.

Please allow 48 hrs for a reply from a BTL staff member. Be sure to include all relevant information such as your name, order number, brief summary of the issue, pictures etc. Once approved we will issue you a store credit.
