Shipping policy

BTL's goal is to process and ship all orders with the utmost care and efficiency. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are shipped via USPS Monday-Friday. Please allow 5 to 7 business days (does not include weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and an additional 7 to 10 days for your item to be delivered.

Please note that issues related to the Covid-19 pandemic have affected delivery times that are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen packages, or damaged packages via the postal service. Please contact our shipping carrier (USPS) directly for any issues listed above related to your packages.
