Directions:

14 day Supply: Enjoy one cup of the morning blend every morning before you start your day and one cup of the evening blend every other evening before bed, starting on the second day.

Brewing Instructions: 

Morning:

6-8 ounces of water (filtered recommended) per teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Bring water to 212°F/ 100°C. Let cool down to 185° F.  Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Evening:

6-8 ounces of water (filtered recommended) per teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Bring water to 212°F/ 100°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
